Addisyn Kay Stickel January 4, 2009-June 15, 2009

Addisyn Kay Stickel, age 5 months and 11days, daughter of Adam Stickel and Christina Maddox was born January 4, 2009, 15 weeks premature, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She passed away June 15, 2009 at St. Louis Children’s Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Addy is preceded in death by her Great Uncle Steven Reichart.

She is survived by her parents, her identical twin, Maddyn Lynn Stickel of the home, her half sister Jay’Merie Elizabeth Howard, maternal grandmother Chris Maddox of Houston, MO, maternal grandfather Robert Maddox of Valley Falls, KS, paternal grandparents Richard Jr. and Anita Stickel of Vanzant, MO, maternal great grandparents Lloyd and Brenda Reichart of Valley Falls, KS, maternal great grandmother Naomi Maddox of Valley Falls, KS, paternal great grandfather Richard Stickel Sr. of Vanzant, MO, paternal great grandmother Margaret Stickel of La Plata, MD and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Addisyn was a fighter from day one. She loved to eat and also listening to her granny singing. She was taken very good care of in the NICU at St. Louis Children’s Hospital by the wonderful nurses and the amazing doctors especially Dr. Lawrence and R.N. Tracey Carter.
