Aline Texana Rabun was born to Samuel Pilot Williams and Margarete (Hopson) Williams, September 4, 1915 at Zavalla, Texas. She passed away at the Willow Care Nursing Home in Willow Springs, Missouri, Monday evening, November 10, 2008 making her age 93 years 2 months and 6 days.
Aline was united in marriage to Roy Rabun, August 20, 1945. To their union 1 son was Don was born.
She was member of Sulfur Springs Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting and church activities.
Aline was preceded in death by her husband Roy Rabun; her father, Samuel Pilot Williams, her mother Margarete Williams, brothers, Ozie Williams, Easel Williams and Hudson Williams, sisters, Margaret Williams, Bernice Burden, and Lullar Smith.
She is survived by her son Don and wife Sheron Rabun; grandson, Wade Rabun and 7 great-granddaughters all of the Summersville area. She is also survived by 1 sister Ora Crain, age 97 of Huntington, Texas, and a host of other family members.
Grave-side Services were held 10:00 AM Thursday, November 13, 2008 at Zavalla Cemetery in Zavalla, Texas under the care of Gipson Funeral of Home Lufkin, Texas and local arrangements were under the care of Bradford Funeral Home of Summersville.
